Product Information Clarice Cliff WOODLAND pattern octagonal sandwich plate, small size. Art Deco original. Circa 1930. This attractive early landscape design is arguabley one of Clarice’s most under-rated patterns. Strongly decorated with a bold central tree and lollipop flowers in the background. In overall good condition with no chips, cracks or stains; some minor paint scuffs/frits (see pictures). Stamped with WOODLAND by Clarice Cliff mark to the base. Also has an impressed date stamp (indistinct) for 1930. Width of plate is 14.5cm. Please see photos for more details.
