Acoustic Aluminium Flexible Ducting Thermally and acoustically insulated aluminium flexible ducting is specifically produced for noise reduction in low and medium pressure heating, cooling, ventilation, exhaust and air conditioning systems. Constructed with a multi-layer perforated inner core strengthened with high tension hard steel spring wire, surrounded by 25mm fibreglass and covered with an aluminium vapour barrier. Can easily be cut to length, and no special tools are required for cutting or fixing. A male connection is required in order to fit the acoustic aluminium flex onto circular spiral ducting, secured using jubilee clips/quick release bands.
