INGREDIENTS: PORK, MOZZARELLA CHEESE (LOW MOISTURE PART SKIM MOZZARELLA CHEESE [PART SKIM MILK, CULTURES, SALT AND ENZYMES], WATER, CREAM, SODIUM PHOSPHATES, SALT, CELLULOSE POWDER, LACTIC ACID AND SORBIC ACID [A PRESERVATIVE], POWDERED CELLULOSE [TO PREVENT CAKING], POTASSIUM SORBATE AND NATAMYCIN), WATER, SPICES, SALT, SUGAR, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER. On the Grill—If already thawed, over low to medium heat, patties will cook in approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side. If starting with frozen patties, the cooking time will be increased by an additional 3 to 4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 160° F.
