Tasty Pot Roast Brisket Recipe Ingredients: 3KG pot roast brisket joint 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1 onion, sliced 2 carrots, peeled and chopped 2 celery stalks, chopped 1 cup beef broth 1 cup red wine 2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary 2 sprigs of fresh thyme Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
