Ingredients: 1.5 – 3kg Turkey Breast Joint 4 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves of garlic, minced 2 teaspoons dried thyme 2 teaspoons dried rosemary 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 lemon, sliced 1 cup chicken broth Instructions: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
